Ronnie works directly with health plan executives, regional brokers, and community leaders to build high-density county networks backed by verifiable GPS proof and genuine human respect.

Serenity runs the daily heartbeat of our dispatch board, managing live route scheduling, standing-order dialysis shifts, and real-time driver communication across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Shara enforces regulatory compliance, workforce credentialing, and risk firewalls across all field and fleet personnel. No driver or field representative enters active rotation without clearing her department’s multi-state background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews, drug testing, PASS sensitivity certification, and annual HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) training.
