Our Frequently Asked Questions section is designed to provide clear answers to common queries about our services, appointments, treatments, and policies.
We provide scheduled, non-emergency ambulatory passenger rides using clean, GPS-tracked vehicles operated by PASS-certified drivers. We do not operate emergency ambulances, paramedic services, or stretcher transport. Our daily routes cover routine doctor checkups, lab visits, outpatient clinics, and daily Medicaid and Medicare Advantage broker manifests.
Three-day-a-week renal dialysis, oncology, and wound care schedules require strict punctuality. We assign standing-order treatment routes to consistent local drivers backed by live dispatch oversight and real-time GPS tracking, ensuring riders arrive on time for their scheduled chair times and are picked up promptly when their session finishes.
Assisted living communities, senior living residences, clinics, and local non-profits can open a direct-billed monthly house account with our transit desk. Instead of arranging separate payments for every trip, authorized facility staff can book resident or member rides directly with our dispatch team and receive one consolidated monthly invoice with complete trip logs.
Yes. We provide dedicated, punctual passenger rides connecting veterans to VA medical centers and local outpatient clinics. We also partner with Workers' Compensation claims networks and third-party administrators (TPAs) to deliver attendance-verified rides for physical therapy sessions, rehabilitation, and Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs).
Yes. Beyond local county routes, we provide direct inter-city round trips for riders traveling to regional university hospitals and specialty surgical centers. For older adults and families moving to a new city, another state, or a new senior living community, we also coordinate comfortable, door-to-door long-distance Private Relocations.
For older adults or travelers who need non-clinical support during commercial air travel, our credentialed companion picks the passenger up at home, assists with airport check-in, baggage, and gate navigation, accompanies them in-flight, and completes a verified handoff to family members at their arrival destination.
Partner with circYoulation to deploy credentialed, in-person field engagement and dedicated transit operations. From verified doorstep assessments to reliable patient mobility, we bridge the critical last mile between plan strategy and member access.
